On 19th January 2017, I am going to give a talk on experimental reproducibility (invited by) in Universitat Pompeu Fabra as part of the research seminars given in the Department of Information and Communication Technologies.
In this talk, I will explain some best practices, simple tricks and habits for reproducible research. I will give practical examples of where I failed (and then gradually improved) throughout my Ph.D. on organizing, developing, versioning, documenting, licensing and publishing the research material. I will also introduce some of the available software tools and services, which would help you to achieve these goals.
You can access the slides of the talk via Zenodo (link) or my website (link).
